The only want to prevent mold inside plastic toys is to make sure they are cleaned and thoroughly dried before allowing you baby to play with it. Most parents like to use their dishwasher to ensure the plastic toys are clean. You should always be cleaning these toys frequently and if used daily. The manufacturers of Sophie the Giraffe state that the toy is composed of 100% natural rubber, so the cleaning instructions have to be carefully respected and included in each package. Per the instructions, the surface of the toy should only be cleaned with a damp cloth but must never be immersed in water. Truthfully, you must question the practicality of a teething toy that cannot get wet or thoroughly washed.
Arizona lawmakers want to increase the personal injury liability minimum to pay for any deaths or injuries that might be caused by an auto accident. The current minimum coverage is $15,000 per person, and this new proposal is requesting an increase to $25,000. They are also requesting that the amount of coverage per person, per incident, to go up from $30,000 to $50,000. The current minimums haven’t been adjusted since 1972, but many opponents of the bill are concerned that residents will forgo auto insurance altogether because it will become too expensive. While this is not happening in our state it we like to keep you apprised of laws as they develop. Why? because, they may be adopted by our state lawmakers as well.
